Finally! The White stuff on my tonsils are forever gone! After much work I was finally able to get rid of them! I have to say that the hardest part of my journey was actually figuring out what they are called! Tonsil Stones! Sounds prehistoric right?

Growing up I had always had these nasty white stuff on my tonsils. They literally caused me to get sick to my stomach whenever I smelled them. It wasn’t until I was in college that I started talking to my roommate about these “tonsil stones” that I realized that I wasn’t the only one suffering from them! She had too as well as her brother and her dad! Crazy!
Our family ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) doctor said that it was food and debris being stuck in my deep tonsil crypts. Our ENT said that the older we get the smaller our tonsils are supposed to become. Apparently some peoples tonsils do the opposite and get bigger. I found this picture online that really helps explain my point.
She said the only way to get rid of tonsil stones was to cut out my tonsils! Despite my ENT’s advice I knew that there was no way that I was in a place financially or even time-wise that I could take the necessary 3 – 4 weeks to recover from a full-blown tonsillectomy. That’s why I made this site! To help other people like me and you figure out alternatives to getting rid of these “tonsils stones”.
I thought the only sure fire way to get rid of them would be to remove my tonsils I was wrong. I found this really cool book by a Dr. Dianne Puttman who actually suffered from tonsil stones herself! She did years of research on tonsil stones and how to get rid of them naturally. The result is her book: Beat Tonsil Stones . After reading the book and following the dietary guidelines for 10 days I am COMPLETELY TONSIL STONE FREE! Woohooo! I want to climb the highest mountain and shout it out! No more bad breath! No more sore throats from tonsil stones and the best thing is that I still have my God-Given tonsils!
