So I thought I’d let you guys know exactly what tools I used to get rid of my tonsil stones:

I used this waterpik to reach the back areas of my mouth to irrigate my tonsils. This is very helpful to clean out your tonsils and keep all the nasty debris out.

I also add GSE to the reservoir of the water pik. GSE has many nutritional and healing properties and acts as a natural antibiotic that works really well! Before I cured my tonsil stones I used this combination to get rid of them daily.

Just clean your mouth this waterpik and GSE and you are good to go! I ordered mine from Amazon and actually got them in two days. When it comes to adding GSE to the reservoir of the waterpik only use 1 or 2 drops. One bottle of GSE lasted me for about 3 months.

Tip: Add some Listerine to the water resevoir as well as 1 or 2 drops of GSE. The Listerine helps make the taste of the GSE bearable.

Finally! The White stuff on my tonsils are forever gone! After much work I was finally able to get rid of them! I have to say that the hardest part of my journey was actually figuring out what they are called! Tonsil Stones! Sounds prehistoric right?

Growing up I had always had these nasty white stuff on my tonsils. They literally caused me to get sick to my stomach whenever I smelled them. It wasn’t until I was in college that I started talking to my roommate about these “tonsil stones” that I realized that I wasn’t the only one suffering from them! She had too as well as her brother and her dad! Crazy!

Our family ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) doctor said that it was food and debris being stuck in my deep tonsil crypts. Our ENT said that the older we get the smaller our tonsils are supposed to become. Apparently some peoples tonsils do the opposite and get bigger. I found this picture online that really helps explain my point.

She said the only way to get rid of tonsil stones was to cut out my tonsils! Despite my ENT’s advice I knew that there was no way that I was in a place financially or even time-wise that I could take the necessary 3 – 4 weeks to recover from a full-blown tonsillectomy. Getting rid of White Stuff on Tonsils | Day 9

I’m on day 9 of following this guide to get rid of my “tonsil stones” and for past three days I haven’t experienced any tonsil stones yet. I’m waiting out for day 10 to see whether or not the natural remedies actually help me. I have to admit that I was initially a skeptic but am starting to become more of a believer.

It’s cool because I totally thought when I bought the book that I was going to have to cut out things from my diet. But it’s exactly the opposite! I finished the book for the second time and payed closer attention to the details so I can keep this nasty white stuff on my tonsils away for good!

I was a pre-med student at a prestigious university so I figured that if anyone knew what they were it would be the worlds greatest doctors. HOW WRONG WAS I !!! From my microbiology professor to our resident world renowned ENT specialists THEY ALL GOT IT WRONG!

What are they?

This water pik has several attachments that have lasted me two years. I simply fill it with water, add a drop of Grape Seed Extract (I like to add a little Listerine as well) and pretty much irrigate my mouth.
