No more tonsil stones!
So I thought I’d let you guys know exactly what tools I used to get rid of my tonsil stones:
I used this waterpik to reach the back areas of my mouth to irrigate my tonsils. This is very helpful to clean out your tonsils and keep all the nasty debris out.
I also add GSE to the reservoir of the water pik. GSE has many nutritional and healing properties and acts as a natural antibiotic that works really well! Before I cured my tonsil stones I used this combination to get rid of them daily.
Just clean your mouth this waterpik and GSE and you are good to go! I ordered mine from Amazon and actually got them in two days. When it comes to adding GSE to the reservoir of the waterpik only use 1 or 2 drops. One bottle of GSE lasted me for about 3 months.
Tip: Add some Listerine to the water resevoir as well as 1 or 2 drops of GSE. The Listerine helps make the taste of the GSE bearable.
